At the start, Iierp was very modest: one court and a tiny group of curious players. That first group did not look like a typical academy at all. One person had never picked up a racket before, another was a busy parent who simply wanted to move more and clear their head after work, and a quiet teenager was trying to reconnect with tennis and enjoy it again. Instead of strict commands and exhausting drills, our founder slowed things down, used everyday language, and treated every mistake as a normal step in learning. There was plenty of laughter, many missed balls, and countless "let's try one more time" moments — and from this, the true character of Iierp slowly took shape.
From there, our tennis family grew naturally. New players joined, and we welcomed coaches who share the same way of thinking: be patient, be kind, and support people honestly. Our coaches are not on court to shout from far away. They stay close, break movements down into easy stages, and repeat them until they feel comfortable and natural in your own body. Whether your goal is a stronger serve, a smoother backhand, quicker movement, or simply a more active week in Abu Dhabi, we adapt the training to your routine instead of forcing you into a stiff, one-size-fits-all plan.
Today, Iierp feels less like a big academy and more like a friendly tennis circle. Children discover that missing the ball and trying again is completely normal. Adults finally begin the tennis path they have postponed for years. Friends and families gather on our courts and turn their lessons into a weekly habit they genuinely look forward to. For us, success is not only about a powerful forehand or a perfect score on the scoreboard. The real win is that quiet moment when someone leaves the court thinking, "I never thought tennis could be for me, but now it feels within reach." That feeling is the reason we teach — and we would be happy to help you start your own tennis story here in Abu Dhabi.
